Welcome, I’m Jessica Thomas a first-generation Haitian-American, licensed therapist in New York, Florida, and Washington D.C. My approach is holistic, somatic, relational, and trauma-informed. I specialize in supporting clients from BIPOC, LGBTQ+, immigrant, and neurodiverse communities who are often navigating systems and spaces not built for them.

This is a space to release emotional weight, set boundaries, reconnect with your voice, and build self-trust. I know what it's like to carry cultural expectations, generational trauma, and the pressure to stay strong. Let’s work together to help you slow down and heal from those legacy burdens.

Language Spoken: English, Haitian-Creole
