Welcome, I’m Jessica Thomas a first-generation Haitian-American, licensed therapist in New York and Florida. My approach is holistic, relational, and trauma-informed. I specialize in supporting clients from BIPOC, LGBTQ+, immigrant, and neurodiverse communities who are often navigating systems and spaces not built for them.
This is a space to release emotional weight, set boundaries, reconnect with your voice, and build self-trust. I know what it's like to carry cultural expectations, generational trauma, and the pressure to stay strong. Let’s work together to help you slow down and heal.
